Delicious! TAI CHAZUKE the Sashimi Soup Rice / Japanese Cooking Recipe

It was extremely cold this week in Japan but I as usual went fishing on a calm day. In this video I wanted to introduce one of my most favorite fish dishes ever since childhood.

Recipe for Tai Chazuke

  1. Marinade the red snapper sashimi in dashi sauce.
    Dashi sauce: Soy sauce, Mirin, Sake, Sesame oil, Salt
  2. Dashi soup
    Torch the bones and simmer it with salt, sake, mirin and soy sauce.
  3. Presentation
    Put marinade sashimi on rice, sprinkle Arare and Nori on top. Pour hot dashi soup into the bowl.
