Freshest NIGIRI SUSHI Made by a Japanese Fisherman

On our early April trip, we were out for Black Croaker and Red Snapper fishing. Black croaker is a deep fishing from 500 ft. and Red snapper is around 120 ft. lure fishing. After fishing, I made NIGIRI SUSHI and simmered fish head. It’s getting much warmer recently on Awaji Island and that makes us really comfortable to fish.

Tackle Setting

Black Croaker: 3-hook bottom rig with bait (sliced mackerel)
Red Snapper: Tai Rubber Rig (Rubber Jig)

Cooking

NIGIRI SUSHI(Zuke flavored)
Simmered Fish Head(Based on Soy Sauce, Sake, Mirin, Honey)
