Belt Fish Jigging in Osaka Bay and Quick Dish

It’s almost the end of September but it’s been super hot, the weather hasn’t changed since the mid summer. A lot of fish seem to have gone down deeper and it’s been under a bit difficult conditions for fishing. I wanted to catch a variety of fish this day but ended up catching only several belt fish. But they are testy fish of fall, so let’s enjoy some quick dish using what I caught today.
